1. Please fill out the following form, and turn in to Mrs. Fletcher's mailbox. Remember, do NOT sign up for equipment. Rachel will sign you up and notify you of your reservation.
2. The only place on the site you may sign up for are the Trainings, Things that Need Fixed, and Faculty Senate Committee Signup.
